I checked into a hotel one night,...I had a long tiring day, but felt good after a nice hot shower. I went to sleep pretty early, after the nice shower and I slept in my undies, which is not very usual for me. I had a nice relaxing sleep but when I woke up in the morning I felt a little wet and my lower belly aching a little. I woke up and I was like...NOOO...my period had come and a few drops had gotten into the sheet. Luckily it wasn't that much as my undies absorbed most of it. But I was so embarrassed even to leave a little drop or too....so I cleaned up that part of the sheet and dried it with the hair dryer before I left. Be it any kind of service...phone, internet, cable, newspaper, insurance, even terminate an apartment lease...it's just a hassle to cancel them. It's easy to sign up...couple of clicks online and you are signed up, but to cancel..... 1. call this number only, can't do it online 2. Number available only from 8 am to 5 pm eastern time, Mon- Fri..when most of us are working 3. Wait in line for 30 mins after passing through 5 layers of menus and yelling at some machine ....there may be more you could add....I understand they like to keep customers, and they dont want customers to cancel too easily...but why make it SO hard to the point it frustrates the customer?
