After one failed marriage in 2000, I waited years before embarking on a new relationship & 9 yrs before taking the plunge again. My 1st wife had very sad issues brought on by childhood abuse at hands of her Dad & it wasn't til after our marriage ended I realized her reasons for promiscuity.
