What You See IS What You Get (Know Thyself)
What you see isn't all that is there, but you will get everything you see. Some of what you see is put there by your own mind, and so what you get is hurt, because hurt is not facing yourself and being shown what you don't face in a way that goes with not looking where you are going, because where you are going is to your true self.
