    Bubbly Goodness.
    Several years ago I quit drinking soda as my primary source of fluid intake. I now drink more water than anything else combined, about half a gallon of water or more a day. I must confess though, I do have my days when I will go into a convenient store and buy a few to drink for the day, most typically on a Saturday. I know that having a few probably won't turn hurt me, but oddly enough I do feel guilty about it. Despite the guilt, I do enjoy. Maybe it's the sugar, the caffeine, or the fizz but having them every now and then kind of makes me feel good.… [more]
