Lost trust in Charity shop

After so many years I donate my household items & money to them, I am total lost trust in charity shop now. For the last few months I work for my friend in her shop, which is located in with 6 charity shops area. Everyday I saw people donate things in the front door, but items keep coming out from the back door into someone car. I guess those are people on the market or car boot sale. They come nearly everyday, especially on Friday & Saturday. They took loads of electric items like TV, radio. Also china plates and cups. No one can pridict how many items are in everyday.
