Female , 36-40

I am a woman that believes if you have experience, strengh, hope, and truth you are obligated to share it even if it costs. I would describe myself as a reformer in training with a heart for the hurting. My sole purpose in life is to bring as many souls to the Kingdom as possible before I die. I want my legacy to be one of love coupled with action! My video testimony can be seen at under the Changed Lives section. The story name is Broken Woman to Warrior. God bless you

"Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do something when the bible says you can do all things thru Christ." -UnknownYesterday Satan had me in doubt that I could be a successful missionary because I was so shaken up by the death of the man on the side of the road. For anyone who did not read it, "The Man On The Side Of The Road" can be viewed on my blog. Regardless, my dream is to build and work in an orphanage in Africa and Satan tries to convince me I should give up that dream because I am simply too sensitive and will never be able to cope with such adversity. He tries to tell me that I will never be strong enough to deal with the repeated suffering I will see in Africa. I have even had… [more]

  • What real beauty looks like

"Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised." -Proverb 31:30Ok ladies it's time to get real about beauty! Society will tell us that beauty is large breasts, a small pants size, a ton of makeup, and an attitude. If a woman had any abuse issues in her past satan will tell her that sex is a weapon and to use it accordingly. For many, and I repeat, many years I felt that my worth was measured by a twisted set of standards as to WHO I was, WHAT I was supposed to look like, and HOW I was supposed to behave. Here is what the picture looked like: A overly sexual, one minute frozen in fear, and the next violent, too much makeup, and feeling less than at… [more]

"Strengthen the feeble hands, steady the knees that give way; say to those with fearful hearts, "Be strong, do not fear; your God WILL come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he WILL come to save you." Isaiah 35:3-4 The state of the world is such that we live in an almost constant state of wariness. We warily watch the news and are bombarded with images of violence, stories reminding us that our nation is always groaning as if with birth pains under the weight of a broken economic system, a broken healthcare system, etc. In short, this world is broken and many people are broken right along with it. I feel quite impressed to speak also of the inhumane things people do to e… [more]

  • From failure to fruitful

    Posted on: March 2nd, 2012 at 6:17PM

Often our plans fail that God's plans for us may succeed. - Ellen G. White I have had many so called "good" ideas or plans that failed and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I have also had experiences in my life that appeared to be a complete failure and turned out to be successful beyond my wildest imagination. For example, when I was in my active addiction I was crippled by drugs and my actions were immoral, illegal, and could have had a deadly outcome for not only myself but my children as well. By all accounts becoming a broken, depressed, suicidal, homicidal, heroin addict was the very definition of failure right? No one wakes up one day and says to themselves," I think I … [more]
