Why do things change

I have been married for nearly six years and thought they would be the happiest of my life. Things didn't seem to go the way I thought they would. I try and be romantic as often as I can without being smothering and help out around the house when I can. The problem is my wife shows absolutely no interest in me physically, emotionally or intimately. I have tried to talk about this and she replies with its not you it's me, I can't explain it, I feel frumpy(which she is not).
