If you have anything buried deep in your heart, that which you are unable to share with anyone. My suggestion would be to share it with someone who does not know you. It really helps you release the load, after all life is too precious to spend it worrying about the things which your mind is creating. Its a false impression that the mind creates, because it needs certain things to think about all the time. So it creates the guilt feeling, illusions, dreams to feed itself.
