I know as fact I was born like this. There are no moments in life that changed it. My brain is simply programmed that way. I've hated it for many years and I finally came to realize that this is me and I can't hate myself for something I never chose. I'm constantly afraid of people hating me or giving me bad looks because of it. It has made me self-conscious. I don't see myself any different that anyone else in the world.
