I am usually very easy going, but will stand up if I feel there is a wrong towards others. I love reading, writing and long walks within nature.

I Will Never Get Sick Of Sandwiches

Sandwich Bliss I find sandwiches convenient and some are quiet delicious and filling. My favorite sandwich is a bacon, lettuce and tomato, otherwise known as a BLT. What is your favorite sandwich? [more]

    My Daughter Saved My Life
My daughter saved my life and I am so grateful to have her in my life.My daughter has a wonderful husband and four very polite children. She has tried to be a good mother and a very supportive wife. When my late husband and her father became ill, she was there whenever we needed her and her husband was just as supportive.  Then death came and I found myself dying too. My life had changed too much over night. I no longer knew what I was suppose to do or live for.  My husband was my very best friend and we were ready to enjoy life and then a medical mistake took his life. I live in the middle of the Ozark Mountains of Missouri. I spend my time in my husband's dream home. A two story, log house… [more]
  • Mysterious Gifts

    Posted on: July 19th, 2010 at 6:33PM

Greetings, I am not sure if anyone else on Experience Project has any mysterious gifts, but I do, and I thought I might as well tell about them now. The reason is that a lot of my adventures and daily life revolves around these gifts. When I first discovered them, I thought I was going out of my mind ans was afraid to tell anyone. I did not want to be locked up somewhere in a padded room and with some sort of white binding thing wrapped around my upper body! The first awakening of a spiritual gift was when I was about fourteen years old. My great uncle wanted to visit a grave of a long time, Jewish friend. No, we are not Jewish. The cemetery was quiet different than any others I had visite… [more]

  • Death

    Posted on: July 15th, 2010 at 4:22PM

Greetings, My first assignment or suggestion from Mr. Henderson: Write about Alan. So, I decided to write that assignment here. This is very hard to put these memories into words. Who is Alan? Alan, or Mr. Alan, as most everyone addressed him as, was my husband. He died in my arms on April, 21 2009. He was only 59 years old when he died the first time. This was the day of his second death. It was totally unexpected. He had just finished physical therapy to rebuild his strength. Alan had died the first time on July 6, 2006 from too much medication that the hospital had given him. He had went to the hospital, because he had the flu and he just felt miserable, no matter what he did. They fou… [more]

  • A New Start, A New Beginning

    Posted on: July 19th, 2010 at 7:46PM

Greetings, I woke up this morning and decided, "I am going to change my life!" Funny! But, I do need to change my life. 2009 was the worst year I had ever experienced. The death of my husband over a medical mistake was the most devastating and then.... my grandson, after living with me for over five years, was returned to a horrible life with his mother. In both of these life experiences, I received a very high priced education and life's lessons. First of all, the medical Field, just cannot be trusted and if they kill you, there is not much your loved ones can do about it. The second reality was the corruption in our legal system and again, there is nothing you can do about it. Of cours… [more]

  • A Nightmare!

    Posted on: December 27th, 2011 at 7:11AM

Greetings, Wow! Did I ever encounter a internet nightmare, without even knowing what I was headed for. I never looked, even considered nor ever wanted a new love in my life. I was just interested in corresponding with "friends". I am a widow trying to get past the many losses and to adjust to a new way of life that was given to me in an blink of an eye, as the saying goes. My daughter had me sign up with a website that was for penpals only. It was not a romantic, finding the love of your life or dating offered on this site. It was just for meeting others from around the world and sharing our life experiences and environments. This was a year ago. Then shortly after I signed up, I received an… [more]
