    12/31/2010 Dear Ralph,      Today is really hard.  I'm not going to lie about it. I already know that 2011 is going to be painful, it's going to take every bit of courage and strength to find the purpose and happiness in my situation.       My title 2011 is really a great way for me to start the New Year right.  It usually takes me months before I stop writing down the current date with the past year, like 2010.  So...I'm already moving ahead perfectly.   I am hoping the year passes quickly as well as RH's memories.    I spent over two hours on the phone with Ed, the husband to Kat, friends for the 20 years RH and I were together.  Kat died in November.  Ed and I never really talked much until now.  You know how you get together with friends and the men go their way, the women go another.  Even when we all sat around the table together it was two conversations that bump and bounced off each other.    Ed said his greatest re… [more]
