Male , 31-35

Part Porthos, add some Nero Wolfe, mix with A foolish Philosopher and someone who sort of believes all of the crap he went through made him what he is today. In addiction, i am a Pastry Chef, an out of worker one. But what has yet to kill me makes me stronger.

I write, I read, I smoke, I rant, I quote, I love and I live. That is who I am.

"I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me." Hunter S. Thompson.

Tradition is the illusion of permanence

    My New Enemy......possible Rival
In the Culinary World EVERYTHING IS PETTY!  Rivalries happen it tends to start in Culinary School and bloom between students than turns into a form of Professional Hate for your co-workers.First off, he is a German, the skills of the German Chefs is something that should be respected, admired, and feared. He is a tall blonde strikingly handsome young Boyo of 19 and the hate between one another grew from a simple trick I did on a cake using Rum, Hash, Whiskey and some fire. That turned into three and a half hours of trying to top one another in a restaurant we were both trying out at.(side note, people who have recently become owners in restaurants think they should try out Chefs like it is s… [more]

You prefer calling me a Half-Breed
Fine, I could give three ***** to the wind weather you believe (and you know who you are you self-righteous *****) Mexicans and Irish can have children or not. I understand I have what you called an "Ethnic" look. But you might be shocked to learn there are a lot of us "Half-Breeds" in the world. But to answer your questions: 1)No, my mother was not shunned by her family for dating, marrying and having a children with some one who was not of Anglo Saxon decent. 2)Yes, that is my real pic 3)No, I am not the product of A (and I quote) a Mexican Raping My Mother 4)No, my father did not knock up my mother so he could stay in the States, in fact my fathers people have been in America since … [more]
  • Family Confessions

Out of everyone I know, the women in my family really know how to turn on the fire and make a man feel guilty (it must be The Irish Blood). I am sitting here, feeling ****** and Bad for things that were beyond my control, but there is still this over power of Guilt I feel. I have nothing to be Guilty off, but yet my mother can give me this look and it turns me into a child of 5. Not in a good way, more like "You did something bad" way. Her guilt trips have actually screwed me up over the years but I doubt she see's it. Sorry this wasn't a confession about greater world events and yet it is petty. But at least I kept my name to the confession.… [more]
  • Since I am already here

    Posted on: October 6th, 2011 at 8:17PM

Since I am already slightly tipsy I have decided to quote the great Mark Twain.I am the only man living who understands human nature, God has put me in charge of this little branch office. Than when I retire, there will be no one can take my place. I shall keep on doing my duty! But when I get over to the other side, I want to use my influence to have the human race drowned AGAIN!And this time drowned good, no omission, no ark!Why do I quote the great Mark Twain and use such a, little hearted quote. I am tired, so very tired of managing such a mess, seeing only slight things that are worth fighting for, when everything else feels, unworthy. My mood: very drunk… [more]

  • The Unfortunate Rak

    Posted on: February 6th, 2011 at 8:22PM

THE UNFORTUNATE RAKE As I was a-walking down by St. James' Hospital, I was a-walking down by there one day, What should I spy but one of my comrades All wrapped up in flannel though warm was the day. I asked him what ailed him, I asked him what failed him, I asked him the cause of all his complaint. "It's all on account of some handsome young woman, 'Tis she that has caused me to weep and lament. "And had she but told me before she disordered me, Had she but told me of it in time, I might have got pills and salts of white mercury, But now I'm cut down in the height of my prime. "Get six young soldiers to carry my coffin, Six young girls to sing me a song, And each of them carry a bunch o… [more]

  • It is a beauteous evening by William Wordsworth

    Posted on: February 12th, 2011 at 12:06AM

It is a beauteous evening, calm and free, The holy time is quiet as a Nun Breathless with adoration; the broad sun Is sinking down in its tranquillity; The gentleness of heaven broods o'er the Sea: Listen! the mighty Being is awake, And doth with his eternal motion make A sound like thunder--everlastingly. Dear Child! dear Girl! that walkest with me here, If thou appear untouched by solemn thought, Thy nature is not therefore less divine: Thou liest in Abraham's bosom all the year; And worship'st at the Temple's inner shrine, God being with thee when we know it not. … [more]

  • Little something about me

    Posted on: February 6th, 2011 at 10:31PM

I have been a lot of things in my short time on this planet but the one thing about me that i have always been is a writer. There is a strange kind of freedom in writing but there is a lot of fear at the same time, might sound kind of odd but that fear is what i think holds a lot of writers back. Some people really deserve to get credit for wanting to use their minds to create something beautiful, but than some can kind of use it for, well evil.So it is a tight rope, but not from me. From time to time i may post some works of fiction and if somebody likes it, they like it. But getting back to my main point, writing is truly a great out let for me. The screwed up thing is when I was younger, … [more]
