    Seeing as this my first blog post here a little back story may be in order. I'll try to be brief for all of our sakesA few years ago I had a spinal injury which required major surgery (surgical removal of 2 herniated cervical discs replacing them with cadaver donor material... I call him Steve... Titanium cage, plates and screws) and have been living with chronic pain ever since. I thought I had hit the jackpot when I found my latest physician. That was until a week ago when he gave me my monthly steroid injections. As the usual areas were maintaing he decided to address the pain in the mid thoracic region.
