Okay, so Im a new Sgt at a correctional facility. Ive been there for three years, and am part of an elite 10% special operations response team, at an all male prison, I have just promoted to a new shift and have been given a good second officer that has been on the shift for a awhile and knows whats going on, however, I feel like he bulldozes me, to the point where the porters (inmates who work in the cellhouse) dont know who they should go to if they have a question or ask for permission to do something, without consulting him first! remind you I am the Sgt.
