I should also add that patience is a virtue. I am trying to move to a different level and progress is slow. Today it was essential for me to remember that progress takes time. What I'm trying to achieve isn't going to happen overnight. I'm pulling all-nighters, overdosing on coffee, and motivational videos. I need tokeep motivated precisely because progress is slow.
