    I went to a Gordon Lightfoot concert a few nights ago. When he sang this song, I cried. I have heard this song hundreds of times, but I have never paid much attention to the lyrics and how beautiful they are. I also realized that he was singing the story of my life last year. My husband and I were going through some very hard times and we almost called it quits. I cant stop listening to this song now. What a master song writer, and what beautifully perfect lyrics.
