Always keeping a positive attitude

I'm the type of person who always smiled and made jokes. I hide my emotions so I don't hurt others and so I don't remember things I don't want to remember. I've cried a lot in the past that crying now is rarely. I kind of feel cold like I can cry for others crazy stories and care less about my own battles. I feel in some ways hiding my emotions is not healthy and I should let them out but at the same time I believe holding them in makes me stronger. I know im not depressed, but I feel like discussing my problems with someone, anyone, I'll be able to be more comfortable and grow more just knowing its possible for me to express how I feel. … [more]
