I PRAY that He was SAVED
I start my day at work by going to the Department of Correction & picking up a group of Inmates for a Work detail. This Inmate ***** I am going to tell you about is always the last one to check out. I kid him about it, all the time. He always has a smile on his Face & neat. I will always remember the smile he had on every morning. He got killed today & it hurts me so bad. He was mowing with a zero turn mower, he got to close to a creek bank, when the creek bank caved in. The mower fell on top of him pining him under it , in 3 ft of water, where he drowned. His Mysterious Ways
Several weeks ago I found a BIBLE on the side of the road. You could tell that the Bible had been studied and used for Living. The Bible had a name in it & I called every name in the phone book, trying to find them, with no luck. It had been on My mind, that I should read the Inmates I take out and work everyday, a Chapter from that BIBLE. Well yesterday I did it, when my crew got in my work truck, I told them that I was going to read them a Chapter out of the Bible, and if they wanted to get out of the truck while I read the Bible they could.
