    I hate to admit it but every single trigger point of my fibromalygia is flairing up  right now. the pain is throbbing and pulsing through every portion of my body. I got home about an hour ago. I was given the task of emptying the salads and salsa case , deassemple the case shelving , fans and refrigeration. i then cleaned the components , cleaned the case down to the fans that cool them. and after that i put together all of the parts. I started at 7 pm and got done at 1022pm. but i did help a few customers in between. so should i be sore and did i do too much ?… [more]
