It wasn’t too long ago that I left a dilapidated 25 year relationship, 7 years ago as a matter of fact.  Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t always bad, but it was always difficult to keep together, especially when we both stopped caring to be together.  He was difficult and had serious “heart” issues from his past that led to drug s, drinking, insecurity, etc.  Hard to make a relationship work without “work” and we stopped working.  I was tired and it wasn’t hard to leave when I didn’t respect the man and father he was and he continued to prove that fact even after our split by negating my parenting skills though he took no part in their uprising in terms of the support and love they needed, nor… [more]
