Business Development + Sales

experience project's business development and sales department is continually seeking creative, team-oriented individuals who bring intensity, intellectual curiosity and leadership potential. Responsible for the design, implementation and management of the business processes that support the experience project community, our business development and sales departments designs the strategy to ensure experience project success. An established rolodex of contacts with blue chips brands, agencies and potential strategic partners is ideal.

Product Marketing Manager (SEO / Analytics)

The Product Marketing Manager will be a core member of the Product team, working closely with company executives and the CEO. The primary focus of the role is on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Data & Analysis, with the potential of growing into broader Product Management and Marketing responsibilities.

Responsibilities Include:

• On-site SEO analysis -- work with the Product and Engineering teams to audit new and existing pages and features for SEO optimization and opportunity
• SEO opportunity analysis -- identify and execute new opportunities for improving high-quality organic search engine traffic
• Off-site SEO tactics -- develop and execute strategy and tactics for improving search engine rankings and inbound link development
• Continually measuring and evaluating effectiveness of various tactics in order to rapidly iterate and improve results
• Maintaining updated data reporting for company's key performance indicators
• Conducting data analysis for early-identification of risks, opportunities for growth, and decision support

Qualifications:

• Quantitative background and experience -- you like numbers, playing with them, and get excited when you learn new things from them. A solid understanding of statistics is a big plus.
• Writing -- you need to be able to write well and creatively.
• Social media -- you are active on various social media websites (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Digg, Reddit, Blogging, etc.) and love spending time on them and being a part of the community
• You are extremely organized and pay a lot of attention to detail
• We are a startup, so a willingness and excitement to work very hard, often with long hours, is a must
• Deep knowledge of Excel and modeling is a strong plus
• Technical background / familiarity and programming experience is a strong plus
• Previous experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics are a strong plus

Engineering, Product + Web Development

We are looking for software engineers who have a passion for coding, who will go the extra mile not because they have to, but because it will be appreciated that much more by the user. People who get a thrill out of single-handedly developing something from an idea to a product used by millions in short order. Experience with highly trafficked properties with a vocal and enthusiastic community is ideal.

The Software Engineer will report directly to the CTO and will work on a product that unites people in meaningful ways and improves their lives. The optimal candidate:

• Be deeply proficient in the LAMP Stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) or willing and able to pick it up very quickly
• Have an insane attention to security, performance, and scalability
• Have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from a top program
• Willing to work very hard in a demanding startup environment
• Have an empathic and compassionate personality
• Active past and current participation in community websites is a big plus, especially health and support

We are looking for multiple collegiate interns that can contribute both in strategy and development. Marketing + Community Team Internship

You will be responsible for nurturing, supporting, and growing the Experience Project Community. You will have creative freedom to suggest what you'd like to work on ranging from new member recruitment and outreach, socialization of content and brand building, customer service and user retention.

Product Team Internship

Are you an engineering major with a strong desire to get into product management? For the right student, we have an incredibly unique position open that will take you from start to finish on a single project, spanning all aspects of the product development process. This is true project ownership from start to finish.

Web Development Team Internship

You will help build out the feature set, refine existing functionality, and improve usability across the site. You will have creative freedom to suggest what you'd like to work on, and work with product management to select projects that best meet both your interests and the needs of the community.
