So yesterday i did end up cursing a few times but overall it was a lot less than i would if i hadn't been having this challenge in the back of my head. So overall i think i did pretty good so far.

I haven't sworn like I am now since my teen-age years. It's only one word that flies out of my mouth. "F" this and "F" that! It's only at home and knowone hears it but me.......I just don't like it......even tho it feels good!

I'ii take it one day at a time, I would REALLY like to stop swearing. It's a habit I picked up within the last 3 or so years. I don't drink, smoke etc and have , in a way, allowed myself this one bad habit......time to stop, I think.

Here's day one. Cursing makes me ugly, and I want to end it. Wish me luck!
