my mom bought a treadmill today and i was on it for 30 minutes! i burned 200 calories! =]

i did a lot of crunches and reverse crunches, my core kinda hurts now

Day 6 and wasn't feeling it so lifted weights and focused on arms only. Did 1 arm rows,bicep curls,push ups and tricep dips.Message to EnRegalia:shoveling snow for 5 hours should count as 5 days of work outs!

did house projects all day. going to ride the bike later tonight after I sit a while, Riding the bike no matter what!

Well, I didn't work out at home...but I shoveled snow for five hours..that counts. My muscles think so anyway.

weight lifting today using barbell and dumbbells focusing on biceps,triceps,shoulders,glutes,obliques. Ended with 3 sun salutations.

2 1/2 mile power walk along the beach.
