    went for a 1/2 hour bike ride. First time in a while, I was totally beat! I used to be able to go for at least 4 hours! Defiantly room for improvement!

    Did 5 minutes sprint and 1 hour weight session. My therapist recomends that my anger is getting towards homicidal and thinks this is a good way to relieve pressure.

    Did 90 minutes of Bikram Yoga and two hours of improvisational dance. I'm beat!
