    Its been long time ago , when i've started doing workout, but gradually it was become boring, everyday same sort of things to do in exercise. But that time i've started gaining weight and my stomach was pop up more. So now as i think to restart workout

    I can get overwhelmed quickly. I make excuses to myself every morning. I'm starting a business soon and I have to get organized and get out of the house and walk daily. Walking has always kept me in shape. The time to start is now.

    While I already am in good shape, I have gotten a bit chubby... when I left high school I made it to a beastly 200lbs. I wanna see if I can get back to that.

    i often get lazy n skip workout sometimes. Today i start dis challenge n hopefully now, i will try to workout regularly... atleast 5 days every week. I'm starting with a small challenge, with only 14 days. Let's see how it goes.

    I miss working out till I sweat and my muscles burn, I have multilevel degenerative arthritis I am 139lbs and need to lose about 15-20lbs but my back kills me when I work out now.. any suggestions?
