    I tendd to drink alot of soda and capri sun's daily and i know i need to drink more water. Here i goo ! Lets see what this challenge brings me.

    If water by itself gets too boring, put a 1/4 cup of orange juice or cranberry juice in a 16 oz glass. Wala ! Vitamin water. The water will help your body absorb the Vit C better too.

    hey its easier when you drink one and half or two glasses of water at each time ... drink water when you feel slight hungry , dnt drink after eating food

    I HAVE BEEN DRINKING NOTHING BUT WATER WITH MEALS AND IN BETWEEN MEALS FOR THE PAST WEEK AND A HALF... I FEELMUCH BETTER AND IT ACTUALLY REDUCES YOUR APPETITE...

    frm 2day onwards i'll drink minimum 1 ltr water per day nd i;ll continue this unti i suffer frm any disease...

    I am going to drink 2 litres of water everyday for to weeks with the intention of reducing ny food intake. The target date to finish is December 4th.
