I'm definitely drinking MORE water, but nowhere near the ridiculous amount 'they' say you should. I don't understand the concept of making yourself drink when you're not thirsty so I'm not going to. :p

i a not doing so good today. I have had apple juice, coffee and tea. Following last nights beer i needed a pick me up stronger than water.

I managed to drink four or five glasses of water yesterday and did not drink coffee but I passed out half way through the day. Still I am working on it!

Since I stopped smoking the frequent cups of tea I used to drink have been dramatically reduced. I actually get thirsty now, and when I'm thirsty, water seems to the best thing for the job. I might succeed at this challenge now.

Okay so I have drank...drunk(?)...four bottles of water today and the dehydration has not come back yet, although there was a minor headache. Going for five tomorrow!

I am looking forward to this challenge. Going to drink three 24oz bottles of water before I go to sleep. I am on bottle number 2. Wish me luck!

I keep thinking that if I just start somewhere everything will fall into place. So drinking 64 oz water daily is my first step to being healthy. I think I almost did it today! Here we go.
