This is my second day of trying to drink more water than I already am. I have a bery bad habit during the day to drink nothing at all. I get so engrossed with work that I don't stop to drink and the result is dehydration. :( No fun.

Day Two. Couldn't bring myself to drink a cup of water, so I drank 1/2 cup. :( Too gross. But I also prevented myself from drinking any soda or coffee, which is good. I had apple juice and half a bottle of vitamin water.

what about green tea? does that count? it's mostly water & green tea is rich in anti-oxidants. there is a modest amount of caffeine in there though (but I don't drink coffee). Would any of you say that a cup of green tea would count as a glass of water?

Does koolaid count? I hate the taste of plain water! I know, with all the sugar, it's not as good for you, but it's basically the same thing, right?
