    i take medicines for vitamins i drink 8-10 glasses of water daily and i always exercise

    trying to eat healthier, i drink tons of water daily and eat more veggies and cut nearly all fried foods out, walk more than i have in a long while .

    it can be hard to eat right when half of what you can have is on the cant have list for other health issues

    Body by Vi peanut butter/strawberry protein shake for breakfast, banana morning snack, tuna on wheat bread for lunch, half chicken breast and baked potato for dinner. Trying to kick the carbs and tone up.

    I need to spend the next week eating very little carbs its the only way I lose weight as I'm on a weekend bike ride next weekend. I reckon I can lose 5lbs by next friday if I do this I've done it many times before, in conjunction with some exercise.

    i ve started this challednge with 5 cups of coffee a day , a lemon , green salad and a little bit of cheese. i am just wondering if i can skip the chocolate eggs on easter:)
