Well I started a month ago however these 14 days will be the test as I need to follow through with this as i seem to slack after a month.

Started "Healthy" 11.1.09. Day number 2 and so far getting-r-done. One day at a time and one meal at a time ;)

i consider i eat ok..but am getting more consensensus about it more i think also due to being in late thirties too.

Ate MultiGrain Cereal for Breakfast, then went for a 2 mile job. Trying to lower sodium and sugar levels, but it's a lot harder than I thought it'd be. XP

i ate oatmeal this morning. i ate green vegetables for lunch. tonight i will have chickensoup with vegetables and rice for. dinner with peaches. my goal is to cut down on junk food, mcdonalds and processed foods.
