This deffinately means eat grown foods. I been doing it for three and a half weeks but just joined this group. Organic is the word you want to be looking for........ not the "natural" LOL. I hope this helps!

bewareof the word natural on a product as the FDA stangly hads no defintion of natural so most Natual product are not realy natural as 7 up calls there soda Natural and ben and jerrys call there ice cream all natural and both contain a very unnatural lab

I have to eat healthy, considering how i'm a galactosemic, so i've pretty much been eating soy-based products my whole life, but i'll do it some more and for the rest of my life.
