I have been depressed lately and not really eating much.Whatever I do seem to eat is crap. Which is probably contributing to my mood swings feel of floating. I hope that by eating healthier I can feel better about myself.

hoping to eat healthy and wisely. I am not, however, cutting out all "bad" foods. Our bodies do need a small amount of all of the food pyramid, including fats and sugars. I am determined to eat wisely!

ok. i did have red meat today. but i only do this once a month. .. and i ran six plus miles. .. (10 k) and i lifted weights. . . god, the meat tasted so good, but i did remain faithful to my whole grains. and vegetables. . . am feeling so good

In addition to my earlier post, had two vegetable egg rolls, a fiber bar, and two tangerines. :) Ever so slowy getting there.

Today had a cup of 5 grain Chereos with soy milk and a glass of cranberry juice for breakfast, skipped lunch (i know, i know, not a smart thing to do) had a fiber bar and a glass of cranberry juice when I got home from school. Going good so far today...

having a hard time with this , had no time to get good food for lunch yesterday , so i had MC .d , i did say no to the soda , but today a new day start good ,egg ,and banana and some tea ,non sweeten ,if we fail ,just start over

1 coffee, water 1.5 ltr, sushi lunch, homemade fried rice with veg ( because the kids like it), more water
