    i dont think i can do this cause i have pop every hour and eat really bad food for me i just want to be fit

    nature valley bar, 2 slices of ham, 3 crackers with peanut butter; sandwich; hamburger/ veggie mix did pretty well. i should include more fruits. didnt eat too much either.

    i ate so so today i ate oatmeal and whole wheat toast for breakfast, turkey stuffing for lunch and bean soup with carrot cake for dinner with somepeach yogurt as a night snack
