I want to be healthier - graduate school has killed my mobility factor - my butt has been planted in front of a computer for too many years ... I will report conscious progress today however - I mowed a large lawn with steep hills today - just to "move"

I really have too lose around 60lbs! I've been wanting it for a couple of years now but let's admit it, I didn't put serious effort in it so I've been losing and gaining back weight all this time!! But now I'm determined to do this right!

I'm currently at 118 lbs today (11/7/09). My goal is to get back to 105 so I have 13 pounds to lose. Will keep updating my progress.

I know I am considered cute and pretty. But I truly know I am not healthy! I eat the wrong foods, and I know that one day it will ALL catch-up with me. I don't want to be unfit. I want to feel energy and know I am tasking care of myself!

to AngelofVirtue - how do you manage to lose 5kg in 10 days?? What is your routine/what are your secrets, if any? I'm desperate to lose at least 5kg within a one month timeframe so this would really help me out :) thanks

Ok, I'm 54kg and I want to get down to at least 50kg. At home, I can usually lose about 5kg in ten days, but at school, my tuckbox beckons...swimming, jogging, skating and salad, here I come.

I have a WHOLE LOTTA weight to lose I want to lose 100lbs is 60days. From the research I have done it is possible. And thats just the start of it all.

I'm gonna shift this excess weight if its the last thing I do. I'm 5ft 8 and 238 pounds, and want to shift 70 pounds. I don't have a time limit for this, but want to keep it off this time.
