    finished 60 day challenge and lost 18lbs. gonna restart 60 days again loose another 18lbs and i b well happy x

    Today I am making sure I am eating right. I had my normal cereal for breakfast (cheerios) for lunch I had some tuna on crackers, trying to decided what I want for dinner. no exercise today (in pain)

    Day 3 and i've not had anything bad at all. i've weighed myself but probably shouldn't have until i've completed a full week. i won't share the results as don't want to jinx it I'll let you all know in a few days. Keep up the great work you guys x

    Finally... more progress! Three days ago, 212; today, 206! (BTW, I'm 5'11 tall.) Can't wait to get under 200, then on to 150!
