Our TVs, VCRs, Computers, and other electronics are all on a power *****. In addition to making sure I turn off our electronics, I am also turning off the power strips. I dont need 30 difference electronics and appliances to tell me what time it is.

My parents always leave the TV and lights on, even if no one is in the room. So I'm always stuck turning it off for them, but I need to start turning my TV off since I don't really watch it and have it on for background noise to help me sleep

This wasnt too hard! I made sure to turn off lights we wernt using, and also to have shorter showers since our hot water is run on electricity, so im saving water aswell.

Washing clothes in cold water saves energy. You don't need to use gas, and if you turn off the water heater while it's not in use, you save even more!
