The first game I ever saw live. We went to see the Twins win a game at a freezing Metropolitan Stadium in the year after their AL Championship season of 1966. I was wearing more clothing than I wear skiing in Vermont, but remember what a great time I had. I still have the commemorative photos of the World Series team, and managed an autograph by Harmon Killebrew, Jim Pery and Tony Oliva.

When Cal Ripken set that record for most consecutive games played (for the Baltimore Orioles), I attended some of those games that honored his achievement. I remember when just after the national anthem was sung and the players ran out onto the field to begin the game, when Cal's name was announced the entire stadium, packed with 40,000 spectators stood up, cheered & so many took photos that it looked like glitter. I'll never forget what that was like, very memorable.

Wow, so many games. Probably the opportunity to attend and enjoy Game 1 of the 1985 World Series in Kansas City. My husband liked both the Cardinals and the Royals so it was somewhat of a dream series for him. We really enjoyed the game. At that time, a game at Royals Stadium was always fun.

I don't have a baseball game memory but I have a ballpark memory. Back when the braves were still in Boston my Wisconsin cousins would come down once or twice a year to see a Cubs game and we lived on the North Side so we went to a few games on our own, too I'm not sure who I was with now but we saw Jimmy Durante in the park; my buddy wanted his autograph - but he was scared to ask Mr. Durante for an autograph. So the kid handed me his program and asked me to get it. I did, as I remember it was like a bunch were chasing Mr. Durante up the aisle. Eventually I got his autograph then gave the program back to the kid who wanted it.

One favorite memory was early in the 1960's going to a game at Dodger Stadium with my Dad. Sandy Koufax happened to be pitching that day.

Being born in the mid 90's i have only gone to a few games, but i love baseball. But my favorite ballpark memory was seeing the Mets v. Marlins in 2003, and seeing David Wright first ever MLB hit and also Mike Jacob's first home run. As a Met fan it was an amazing experince :)

I was 7- 1969 Mets won the Series- I didn't understand at the time they were losers up till then. My neighborhood was a 15 minute car ride away from Shea stadium - our dads were loyal Mets' fans through and through- when they won all the kids on the block were given pots and pans and spoons and we banged them in the streets like lunatics- Loyalty paid off

It was 1972 at the sports field at tahuna nelson. Kenny Rogers and the first eddition were playing at the new Trafalgar center. I went with a couple of buddies on our bikes one Saturday down to the field on Beach Rd. And "oh my god, who was down there throwing and hitting a ball with the few kids messing around there''?? - ...it was KENNY and a couple of the FIRST EDDITION!! That was my ever best baseball memory. ..oh and it was softball too!
