I have been crossdressing since I was 10 years old - first tried to paint my nails when I was only 5!  It was very confusing for me during puberty and I've tried to stop many, many times but keep coming back to it.  I love the way it makes me feel and I love all things feminime.  I'm a very attractive guy with a swimmer type body and not much body hair so I look pretty good in lingerie.  I'm so confused at times.  My wife knows all about it - I was very up front and honest before we got married.  We've done X many times and end up dressing me up - shaving my body and full makeup and wig.  Then sometimes we do role reversal and she ***** me with a strap on!  But I love it and she likes it too - but then I feel guilty later.  I know this is a part of me that I cannot just shut off.  I'm very successful at work and am a terrific husband and father so it's just confusing to me.  I've gone to therapy and I think I have gender identity disorder.  I think about doing it every day and I love to do it with my wife.  It makes our relationship stronger and closer because I am so vulnerable and there is nothing to hide beyond that.  But sometimes she complains that she needs me to be more of a man than a woman and that's when I go into my "man" mode and not do it for a while.  But when we do it, she likes it so it's confusing to me when i get mixed signals.  I am coming to terms with it and not judging myself anymore because I am a great person with so much love to give everyone.  It's still difficult....

hm. i was about to say that you should just enjoy yourself and be happy, especially since you have a wife that appreciates it...but then you mentioned the mixed signals thing. that part's too bad. try to talk about it with her, if you haven't already. sounds like she's having a little trouble with it herself (confused/conflicted). idk. wishing you the best, though!
p.s. you do sound like a great guy! :D
