Enjoyment, meaning, hope, the definitions and importance of these words have been stretched beyond belief. If you’re not smiling, if you don’t have a sunny disposition, people assume you’re depressed and sad in some way. What’s so wrong with being content? Why is happiness supposed to alleviate boredom? In all seriousness, happiness is looking more and more delusional as time goes by. Take something like nostalgia for example, how often do we find ourselves reflecting on the past and telling ourselves how great the “old” days were? Bullshit, they are most likely the same as the present, our minds like to create a sense of hope.

Written and spoken language is ash to the brain, worthless and disfigured. Gathered forgotten and blown away.
