DAY THREE

I am on an eleven month journey to lose 90 pounds. I am on day three of going to the gym. I have done half hour increments of cardio and today I am adding some weight training into the equation. I am super proud that I haven't messed this up yet and not gone to the gym. I am really proud and can't wait to go today! I am going to achieve my goal no matter what I have to do!

Exercise is a difficult habit to develop. I started going to the gym a year ago, everyone said to keep going, I'll learn to love it. I can't say that I love it, but I don't hate it anymore! Hang in there. Hey, and if you need healthy snack ideas, message me! good luck!
