from my office and there is a bird that is sitting next to my front tire.  9 times out of 10, if you walk upon a bird, the bird will fly away instantaneously.  However, this bird just sat there.  So I got up pretty close to it and noticed that it's neck looked slashed.  Growing up an animal lover, I thought this bird needed some medical help.  So I went back up to my office and got a box that I could put this hurt bird in.  When I went to catch him, the bird kept hopping around underneath from car to car until I realized I was almost a whole block away from my office! 





When I finally thought he was tired out, he picked up and flew away across the street lol  Silly bird!





The funny thing though is that my office is on a main thoroughfare so there were tons of people driving by probably thinking "Ummm...why is that weird guy running around with a box trying to catch air?" lol

    lol no man, but that did happen to my mom about a month back. Got a call at 3am from the po-po and sure enough, on blocks. The dealership said that 12 other SUV's had come in the same day to get replacements.

    Very funny though I initially thought you were talking about something else. In Australia, slang for a woman is 'bird'. I thought a 'bird was sitting next to your car!

    lol strange that you mention that, b/c I've heard of women being called "birds" as well. Unfortunately, only a bird with wings was by my car. Thanks for the post :)
