So, I have known for a long time. But I never told anyone any of this, not on EP at least. But this confession is for my EP friends. Phew, so this is it huh? Okay, here it goes.

I've got leukemia. And a month ago I was told I had two months to live.

I didn't want people to know, I didn't want sympathy. Now I feel I have kept this from some great people and it wouldn't be fair if I disappeared out of nowhere because I....died. No one would know what happened. But I have up to a month to live. You may see me on here less, but I just wanted to let this out.

Hey, im so sorry. It must have been very hard for you come on to EP to literally write about it, but i suppose you did so as your seeking advice from others. I doubt very much your friends would judge you. In fact they will cherrish your time together.

My friend passed away 7 months ago but he cut off all contact. We knew nothing about his where abouts until 7 months later on theday of Royal wedding, i stumbled across an announcement that he passed away. I cannot tell you how empty i feel. Its the unknown that is very hard to deal with and off course the reason why? We will never have any of our questions answered. Someof us (his friends) have been left totally shocked but also hurt. My advice is, tell your friends. Let them share what time you have left.

I will light a candel for you and say a prayer.

We don't know each other, but your confession broke my heart. People will miss you: your friends will be left with holes in their hearts that can never be filled. When my best friend and I were both 19 (45 years ago), she died of Hodgkins disease and I still remember her like it just happened. I am terribly sorry for what is happening to you, and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you.
