I'm so depressed I can barely move. It's hard for me to get out of bed. It's a struggle for me to get up to go to the bathroom. I find myself holding my bladder in until I can't take it anymore. It's so hard.

Also, I can't think straight. I feel mentally cripple. I'm just so sad & depressed. I feel hopeless & helpless. I think my Wellbutrin doesn't improve my energy level.

It sounds like you need your Dr to take a look at a different kind of anti-depressant for you. Are you a man or a women? As a women I had simptoms like yours and found out it was my hormones. I was tested and found out they almost non-exsistant! Hormone therapy takes awhile to work. It is soooooo worth it though. Your hormones can be out of balance at any age! Please call your Doctor, life is to short for you to be so miserable. Chin up, there is help out there.

Otad12- I could have written your message (verbatim) to describe the way the way I feel right now.
I think we owe it to ourselves to have our reproductive hormone levels checked by a gynecologist.
See "Woman to Woman" in Yarmouth, Maine. I have to learn to commit to taking care of my health, which I so often neglect..
Psychiatrists can only do so much. I have a long history of limited to non-response to psych meds for Major Depression and Anxiety.
