I know culinary art classes are easy to pass, yet I make it so difficult for myself. School has been really hard for me to maintain because every semester, I usually tumble in the middle of the semester and barely do work for about a month. I guess you can say its an old habit I build up, which is not good. So it's still in the process fixing the problem until I get it right. The more I fail, the better I can expect in the future. It's hard to get back on track or be on my feet and cross the finish line. I've already failed to make up my intro hospitality but I still have my hopes with my 2 other classes which is cooking class and safety and sanitation class. Cooking class, it's a 50% whether I pass or not. Safety and sanitation, I took an important test today in order to receive a certificate and is also a 50% chance. Pretty hard test for 90 question multiple choice by the way. I'm really worried. What's going to happen if I failed them all? What will I do next? I failed so many classes before but I think this one might hit me hard. At least a certificate for safety and sanitation would be satisfying so I can have a better chance getting a kitchen job.
