Earlier today I posted about it being my 1st Christmas alone ever but it hasn't been that bad...Went walking with my dogs,said hello to a few neighbours (live in a very small village on a Scottish island) then cooked a lovely meal..
Now I aim to just veg & listen to radio because TV is just garbage & rots the brain lol.
This is a great site,its good to share your fears/hopes & victories with other like-minded people.
