1 piece of toast with honey
1 1/2 Sandwiches with meat and mayonnaise
1/2 C. dried sweetened cranberries
2 pieces string cheese
2 C. Cherrios with 1 C. Milk
A microwaveable chicken and pasta dinner
and 6 pancakes with syrup
washed down with about another cup of milk
