Should I go?

Im going to this church thing today, it s like one of those happy sing-along ones. I have never been to church in the sense like going on a weekend, I was bible bashed in primary school so really am not looking forward to it one iota! Im only going cause the lady I met at gym, who is much older than me with kids has invited me along to come with her. I really want to pull out of it so bad!
