Sometimes I miss having a special woman in my life!

There really are some days that I miss having a special lady in my life and some days I don't.

Sometimes I think it would be so awesome to be able to do the little things for her that nobody has ever done for her before just to show her how special she is to me.  One woman I dated told me she had never gone to the ballet, so I took her to The Nutcracker for her birthday and then because her birthday is December 23, I gave her something for Christmas as well.  She was blown away because in the 17 years she was married her ex had always given her one present for both days.  Another time, with the same woman, she was out west visiting family and her mom called to tell me her daughter had a migraine that landed her in a hospital.  I hopped on a Greyhound that afternoon to drive them home because she didn't want her kids to miss school.  I miss giving someone special flowers for those special days like Wednesdays or Mondays.  I miss having someone around who will let me rub her feet at the end of long day just because I like doing that for her... and no it isn't a fetish and doesn't always end up in the bedroom (for all you negative types).  I just like doing it.  I'm just a romantic type and I really enjoy being there for the woman I'm with.  I miss the sensual side of relationships as well like trading massages or washing each other in the shower!  Or long hot baths or hot-tub's together, the way skin feels when its wet and soapy!  

Must be something to do with spring because I seem to get these feelings every year around this time...
