Since 12 March 2012 I have lost 20.4 pounds (that's in 18 days).  I started at 201.6 and as of today am down to 181.2 pounds. My family is concerned that I am letting this get to my head. The HcG diet is a low calorie diet of 500 calories per day, that doesn't recommend exercising during. However, I exercise and hour or more a day  six days a week and only eat (at most) 100-200 calories on what I consider a "bad" day.

When I don't achieve the results I am hoping for or the idea that I have another 70 pounds to lose hits me... I turn to diuretics, laxatives, and even have gone two or three days without eating. I AM proud of my success.  I know that my time at the gym is helping me drop the weight too. I have been so dedicated for the last 18 days. I still have another 25 days to go.

I have set a date in my mind that I expect to be down to  my first goal of 160. I am epitomizing this date even though it's not any special occasion. I am becoming obsessive. I don't feel like I am in a dangerous zone but my boyfriend keeps calling me an anorexic. I told him anorexics are like 90 pounds. He says, "Well they started somewhere right?"...

I don't appreciate him calling me that. I am trying to change my life for the better to reach my goal weight that I have always felt was unattainable. I really don't know, just needed to VENT!

It's great to have a goal but u are doing at a health expense. Do not deprive yourself. Be healthy. Love your soul!

The golden rule of weight loss: burn more calories than you consume...

Any diet that recommends that you don't exercise, is scary.... It takes time...and effort... Good luck

There is a new British diet called the Fast Diet,

    http://www.inquisitr.com/552651/england-fast-diet-2013/

You eat what you want for 5 days and eat 500 calories on two random days. like Monday and Thursday. Supposed to change your metabolism. I am trying it. It seems easy.
