Bicarb of soda..................

I have seen my mother keeping a box of bicarb soda in the bathroom all the time. I never was interested for what. When I was older I was explained that it is the best ex-foliant for your skin an the best stain remover for your teeth with regular use. 
I always used the commercial products, until my financial circumstances changed due to health problems.
Then my mother's methods came handy. It works perfectly just like micro beads.
1) U wet your face grab some on your fingers and start to rub till you feel tingling and see light redness on your skin (face). Rinse of, U do not need to use any soapy follow ups, all of the day is gone from your face (or skin elsewhere) .
2) Wet your tooth-brush and dip it in the bicarb an start brushing, rinse and you are done. No tooth paste needed at all.
