My Dad just called me and told me that there is a motherfreakin peacock on his back porch. He said it's laying down, and it's bigger than he is. He's trying to figure out how to use the camera on his phone to take a picture.

    The display is not a fear thing, they spread there tail feathers into a fan in order to try and attract females.
