Did you mean to spell or write this properly?YOU: ""I want to be able to say or thinkIwant to do something and then get up and go and do it."" for mommy teaching you spell check, why would'nt she teach you how to state a proper sentence so there can be at least some clarity for the reader?LOL Proper: "I would like to be able to say what I think, or would like to do things with out a problem, and being able to go and do it" is that what you ment? O.K. WELL IT'S NOT THE END OF THE WORLD FOR YOUR MISPELLS AND I'M SURE MOMMA WOULD'NT HAVE EVEN BEEN ABLE TO TELL THAT "thinkIwant" IS NOT A WHOLE WORD EITHER.(you'll be fine, now just breath, take a deep breath. There you gooo...I know I know spelling incorrectly is really hard for you.)*hands the inhailer*

For someone who is giving spelling and grammar advice you are a pretty terrible writer/speller yourself. For example you spelled INHALER, "inhailer". I mean is this REAllY what you think a "proper" sentence reads like? "I would like to be able to say what I think, or would like to do things with out a problem, and being able to go and do it"......"without" is one word by the way. Before you get on your high horse and attempt to critique someone else's thoughts or feelings make sure you know what you are talking about.

Have you tried doing something for you? Maybe a hobby you'd like, joining a club, or a reading group would help?

You will be able to do more for your family if you take care of your own needs. Find something you love (even if it's an hour a day) and DO it. Everyone needs time for themselves. You deserve it and it sounds like you've earned it by caring for the needs of your family. Care for yourself now before you burn out.

Good for you. I've been there and seriously know how this can be. I wish you luck. Even a walk around the block with a friend or a bicycle ride with my best friend helped me a ton. If you have the funds, go to dinner with the girls. Do you bowl or enjoy crafts? Like the movies? Brainstorm. Working out is a great outlet, too.
