A couple months ago I was looking at a hoody that I really liked and wanted to buy. However, it was $120 and I just couldn't justify spending that type of money on an article of clothing. My sister said that I should just buy it because if I really like it then the money doesn't matter. Anyways, I never ended up buying it. Then about 2 weeks ago I was at an event in Montreal and I bought a hoody without even flinching about the price and it was $160. So when I came back and told my sister, she reminded me (because I had since forgotten) about what I had said about the other hoody. But that is when I realized that if something truly means a lot to you, and the event meant a lot to me, then price doesn't matter. So, I am $160 poorer but so happy with my hoody :)

Doesn't it blow when the only good stuff is multiples of how much you would reasonably expect to pay for such an item....

I have been looking for a good vest for a while now and I saw a good one recently in a shop window and I thought yeah that looks Ok thinking it may be $80-$120 ballpark and it was like $350+ or something....

    For gods sake...
