Even though he hasn't treated you right, it's normal to have feelings for him. But don't confuse loving him with loving the idea of him. Maybe you dreamt up an amazing relationship, and you're still in that same mindset. Just do your best to focus on something else. Don't try to go out with this guy again, he hurt you so he's not worth it. Time will make it easier.
